Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

My cheerful Friend is called the friend of all.

Everyone feels He belongs to them, and He never breaks a single heart.

The truest friend is one who never breaks a heart.
The deeper layer

A tender picture of the One as a friend who makes everyone feel chosen and never lets anyone down. Universal love — no one is left outside it.

A Question to Sit With

What makes someone a friend everyone can count on?
