I may know hundreds of thousands of remedies, but I shall live only if I see my Husband Lord. ||2||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

People carry so much hidden hurt, and You alone know each one's pain.

I could learn a thousand remedies, but I come alive only when I see the One I love.

The One sees the hurt no one else can.
The deeper layer

Suffering is honored here — 'You alone know their pain.' No lecture, no blame. The one cure is closeness with the Beloved.

A Question to Sit With

Who is someone you can tell your real feelings to?
