O Nanak, God Himself Himself is all-in-all. There is no other at all.

He bestows the treasure of devotional worship, and the Gurmukhs abide in peace. ||4||3||

Nanak says: there is one Presence woven through everything, and no second.
When that settles in me, a gift arrives: the joy of loving devotion.
And with it comes a deep, restful peace.
Seeing one Presence in everything is the ground of a deep, restful peace.
Sabh kichh aapay aap, God is all-in-all, is the pauri's non-dual heart: one reality, no other. From that oneness flows the bhagat khajaanaa (treasure of devotion), given as grace, and the sukh (peace) of the gurmukh. Seeing the One everywhere is itself the ground of peace.
