Stand and offer your prayer, to the One who cannot be moved by force.

O Nanak, the Naam, the Name of the Lord, abides within the mind of the Gurmukh; hearing his prayer, the Lord applauds him. ||4||4||

Some things cannot be forced or grabbed; they can only be gently asked for.
So I stand and offer my honest prayer, open-hearted.
Nanak says: when the Naam lives in my heart through the Guru, that prayer is heard, and met with a glad, welcoming yes.
What cannot be forced can still be gently, honestly asked for.
Ardaas, sincere prayer, is offered to the One who cannot be moved by force (jor na chal-ee): love, not pressure, is the only approach. When the naam lives within, the prayer is heard and the One applauds (saabaas), meeting it with glad approval. Prayer here is warm relationship, not transaction.
A Question to Sit With
What is something you can only ask for sincerely, never force?
