In plain words

The One is an ocean of peace. The magic tree, the magic jewel, the cow that gives whatever you ask — every wish-granting wonder is under the One's power.

The four great blessings, the eight great powers and the nine treasures all sit in the palm of the One's hand.

Every treasure you chase already sits in the palm of the One.
The deeper layer

Every treasure people chase is already in the One's hand.

Sukh saagar — the One is an ocean of peace. Old Indian stories, the Puranas, tell of magic things that grant wishes. Suritar is the wish-tree. Chintaaman is the wish-jewel. Kaamdhayn is the cow that gives whatever you ask. Bas jaa kay — they are all under the One's power.

Chaar padaarath are the four great goals of life. Asat mahaa sidh are eight amazing powers. Nav nidh are nine treasures. Kar tal taa kai — all of them sit in the palm of the One's hand.

Think of searching the whole house for your glasses, and they are on your head. Every treasure is already with the One. There is nothing to chase somewhere far away.

A Question to Sit With

What are you searching far away for that might be close all along?
