In plain words

They are completely full and content, resting in an easy, natural stillness.

The One's whole treasure has come into their hands. Nanak says, they received it through the Guru.

An easy, natural stillness is a treasure placed in your hands.
The deeper layer

They are full and peaceful, holding a treasure the Guru gave them.

Pooran taripat aghaa-ay — completely full and content. Sahj samaadh subhaa-ay — resting in an easy, natural stillness. Sahj means natural ease. Samaadh means deep stillness of mind. Think of a lake on a calm morning, clear all the way to the bottom.

Har bhandaar haath aa-i-aa — the One's whole treasure has come into their hands. Naanak gur tay paa-i-aa — Nanak says it came through the Guru.

A Question to Sit With

When do you feel a calm, natural stillness?
