Saachee sangat is the true Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One.
Sachaa bhojan bhaa-o: love is true food. Gurbani often pictures Truth as food, clothes and home. Think of a house built on solid rock. Even ordinary days inside it feel steady and real.
Sachee banee santokhi-aa: thinking on the true words of the Guru brings santokh, contentment.
