Serving the Guru, eternal peace is obtained, by those whom the Lord inspires to obey the Hukam of His Command. ||7||

In plain words

The Guru is like a cool, sweet pool: whatever the heart needs, it finds there.

The Name is a treasure that never dies; I keep it tucked in my heart. Living close to the Guru, moving with the flow of life, a lasting peace settles in.

The Guru is a pool that meets whatever your heart needs.
The deeper layer

Gur saagar amrit sar: the Guru as an ocean of nectar. Naam padaarath amar: the Naam is a treasure that never dies. Gur sevaa sadaa sukh: steady peace for those aligned with the hukam.

A Question to Sit With

What is a cool, sweet pool you return to when you are worn out?
