But if, in my parents' home, I remember my Husband Lord, then I will come to dwell in the home of my in-laws yet.

The happy soul-brides sleep in peace; they find their Husband Lord, the treasure of virtue. ||3||

If I hold the One in my heart right here, right now, then I am already on my way home.
Those who remember rest easy, night after night. They have found the treasure that is worth more than anything.
Remembering the One right now is already the journey home.
Remembering the Beloved right where you are is the way home.
Pay-ee-arhai pir sammlaa — remembering the Beloved in the parents' home, this present life, leads to saahurrhai ghar vaas, a place in the true home. The sohaaganee — the joyful, awake heart — sleeps in peace because it has found guntaas, the treasure-house of virtue. Home begins with remembering, here and now.
