Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
When You forgive someone, You lift them right up into greatness.
You give to everyone and keep nothing back for Yourself.
You fill every corner of everything. Sometimes You are hidden, sometimes You shine out. But You are always here, everywhere.
The One gives to everyone and is everywhere, both hidden and shining.
Jis bakhsay tis day vadi-aa-ee — whoever the One forgives, the One lifts into greatness. Sabhsai daataa til na tamaa-ee — the Giver of all has not a sesame seed of greed. A til is a tiny sesame seed.
Nihkayval means utterly pure. The pure One fills everything, gupat pargat, hidden and shown. Think of WiFi in a house. You cannot see it, yet it is in every room. Sometimes you notice it, and sometimes you forget it is there. It is there all the same.
Where is somewhere you would not expect to find the One, but maybe could?
