In plain words

Meeting the True Guru, the restless mind grows quiet and steady.

Whoever seeks that shelter is blessed with the Naam.

They receive a priceless treasure that cannot be spent, and singing in praise, they become dearly loved in the presence of the One.

With the Guru, the restless mind finally grows steady.
The deeper layer

Satgur milai ta manoo-aa taykai — meeting the True Guru, the mind grows steady. The Naam is amolak, priceless wealth that cannot be spent, and those who sing the One's praise are pi-aaraa, beloved, in the One's court.
