Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
Five simple elements came together and became this body.
When I find the One living inside my own soul, peace arrives.
Good actions ripen into sweet fruit, and my heart discovers the jewel of the Name it was carrying all along.
Your body is made of gifts, and the greatest treasure is already inside it.
The body is built from the five elements (panch tat), a small wonder in itself. Aatam raam is the One found within one's own soul. Good deeds (karam) are pictured ripening into sweet fruit, and the Name turns out to be a jewel already carried, waiting to be noticed.
A Question to Sit With
What good action of yours has grown into something sweet over time?
