The One Who Watches Over All

You are the One and Only Creator of all. You continually create, watch over and contemplate.
ik gurmukh aap milaa-i-aa bakhsay bhagat bhandaar.
Some are Gurmukh - You unite them with Yourself. You bless then with the treasure of devotion.
too aapay sabh kichh jaandaa kis aagai karee pookaar. ||3||
You Yourself know everything. Unto whom should I complain? ||3||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

You alone are the Creator of all; every day You make, watch over, and think about what You have made.

Some turn to the Guru, and You join them with Yourself, and bless them with the treasure of devotion.

You Yourself know everything. To whom else should I bring my cry?

The One who made you already knows everything inside you.
The deeper layer

The One made everyone and knows everything, so there is no one else to run to.

Sabhnaa kartaa ayk too: You are the single Maker of all, always watching over with care. You draw some close as gurmukh and fill them with the treasure of devotion (bhagat bhandaar). Since You know everything within, there is no one else to run to (kis aagai karee pookaar).

A Question to Sit With

Who is someone you can go to who already understands you without explaining?
