In plain words

Those whose hearts are filled with my True Guru — those saints are good and noble in every way.

Seeing them, my mind blossoms with joy. I give myself to them, always, with all my love.

Being near people whose hearts are full of goodness makes your own heart open.
The deeper layer

People whose hearts are full of the Guru are good through and through, and seeing them makes your heart bloom.

Jinh kai hee-arai basi-o mayraa satgur: those in whose hearts my True Guru lives. Tay sant bhalay bhal bhaaNt: those saints are good in every way.

Tinh daykhay mayraa man bigsai: seeing them, my mind blossoms. Ha-o tin kai sad bal jaaNt: I am always a sacrifice to them. That is an old way of saying "I love you with all I have." Think of how you light up when a favorite grandparent walks in the door.

A Question to Sit With

Who are the people whose goodness rubs off on you?
