In plain words

They speak the Naam of the One, Raam, Raam, again and again. The very lucky ones go searching for the One.

If anyone shows me the way to the One, I bow down at their feet.

The people who point you toward what matters are worth all your gratitude.
The deeper layer

Whoever shows you the way to the One is worth your deepest thanks.

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad.

Raam raam bol bol khojtay badbhaagee: speaking "Raam, Raam" again and again, the very fortunate go searching. Repeating the Naam is simran, loving remembrance, like saying the name of someone you miss.

Har kaa panth ko-oo bataavai, ha-o taa kai paa-ay laagee: if anyone shows me the One's path, I fall at their feet. Bowing at someone's feet is gratitude and humility, like hugging the friend who walked you home when you were lost.

A Question to Sit With

Who has helped point you toward something good and true?
