In plain words

The Lord of the Universe fills my mind and body. I see the One always present, right here and now.

Nanak says: the One lives inside everyone, and fills every place, all the way through.

What you long for most may be closer than you think, already here, waiting to be noticed.
The deeper layer

The One fills your mind and body and every being, always present, right here.

Man tan rav rahi-aa jagdeesur means the Lord of the world fills my mind and body. Paykhat sadaa hajooray: I see the One always present, right here. Being apart was only not noticing. It is like hunting for your glasses while they sit on your head.

Naanak rav rahi-o sabh antar means the One lives inside everyone. Sarab rahi-aa bharpooray: the One fills everything, everywhere. This is Ik Onkar, the One Creator, seen in every being. The thirst does not end with a long trip. It ends by seeing what was always here.

A Question to Sit With

What good thing might already be right beside you, waiting for you to notice?
