As Gurmukh, I have obtained the cooling, soothing Water of the Naam. I eagerly drink in the sublime essence of the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The sweet taste of the Naam of the One, Har, Har, has settled in my mind.

Facing the Guru, I found the Naam, cool and soothing water. I eagerly drink in the sweet taste of the Naam of the One, Har, Har.

The Naam is cool water for a thirst nothing else could quench.
The deeper layer

The Naam tastes like cool water on a hot, thirsty day.

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line. It is the center of the shabad. It says gurmukh naam seetal jal paa-i-aa. A gurmukh is someone turned toward the Guru. Turning that way, I found the Naam, cool and soothing water. Then har har naam pee-aa ras jheek: I drank it in gladly, in big gulps.

Picture coming in from a hot playground and gulping down cold water. Earlier shabads spoke of the fire of wanting. Here that thirst is finally met by something that satisfies deep down.

A Question to Sit With

What is something that satisfies you deep down, not just for a moment?
