In plain words

All day and night I remember the Supreme One, and I sing the One's praises forever and ever.

Nanak says: my heart's wishes are fulfilled. I have found the Guru, the Supreme One.

When your deepest longing is met, the smaller wants quietly settle.
The deeper layer

When your deepest wish comes true, the smaller wishes settle down.

Aath pahar means all eight watches of the day, so day and night. The verse says: I keep the Supreme One in mind, and I sing the One's praises forever.

Kaho naanak mayray pooray manorath: says Nanak, my wishes have been fulfilled. Here it means the deepest longing has been met. Once that happens, the smaller wants find their place. The song ties that joy to finding paarbarahm gur, the Guru who is one with the Supreme.

A Question to Sit With

If you got very still and honest, what is the one thing your heart most deeply wants?
