The One who made us protects us and keeps us safe.
The One is perfect, the Master of those who have no master.
Those the One showers with kindness —
their deeds and the way they live become whole and complete.
The One who made you also keeps you safe, and looks after those who have no one.
Jin kee-aa tin lee-aa raakh means "the One who made us is the One who protects us." Think of a kid who builds a sandcastle and then guards it from the waves. The maker and the protector are the same.
Parabh pooraa anaath kaa naath means "the One is complete, the Master of the masterless." Anaath means someone with no one to look after them. Naath means master or protector. This is a tender name for the One. It puts care first for the people everyone else overlooks.
Jisahi nivaajay kirpaa Dhaar means "those on whom the One pours kindness." For them, pooran karam taa kay aachaar: "their deeds and their way of living become whole." Good living grows out of mercy, like fruit on a tree.
Who do you know that might feel like they have no one? How could you be a friend to them?
