In plain words

There is only One. And the One is found by the True Guru's grace — a gift that is always here, waiting for an open heart.

There is no other place to rest,

none at all, apart from the Naam of the One.

Every success and every blessing are there, and all your tasks come out right.

There is one resting place for the heart that never lets you down.
The deeper layer

The Naam is the one place where the heart can rest.

Avar na doojaa thaa-o means there is no other place. Naahee bin har naa-o means none at all, apart from the Naam of the One. Think of coming home after a long, tiring day and sinking into your own bed. The Naam is that kind of resting place for the heart.

Sarab siDh kali-aan means every success and all well-being are there. Pooran hohi sagal kaam means all your tasks come out right.

This opens the song's theme: the Naam is the one resting place you can always count on. The "pause" line next turns it into the song's refrain.

A Question to Sit With

Where does your heart go to rest when everything feels like too much?
