One who has perfect karma joins the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, and meets the Lord. ||3||

In plain words

Night and day, remember the One, Har, Har, and let go of the doubts that spin in your mind.

The one whose karma is complete joins the Sangat, and there meets the One.

Quieting the endless doubts in your head makes room to meet the One.
The deeper layer

Keep the One in mind night and day, and let the doubts go.

Rain dinas Dhi-aa-ay har har means night and day, remember the One. Tajahu man kay bharam means let go of the doubts in your mind. Doubts can spin around like a washing machine that never stops. Remembering the One lets them settle.

SaaDhsangat is the Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One. SaaDhsangat har milai jisahi pooran karam means the one whose karam is complete meets the One there. Karam means our actions, and also grace. Think of it like a current in a river. The good we do, and the kindness we receive, carry us toward the Sangat. And there, we meet the One.

A Question to Sit With

What is a doubt that spins in your head a lot? Is it helping you, or just spinning?
