Your mind will grow clean, and your wrongs will be washed away.
Letting go of me-first and taking hold of holy people is one single motion.
Letting go of yourself and holding on to the saints is one simple move with two hands.
Aap ti-aag means let go of yourself, meaning the "me first" ego. Sant charan laag means take hold of the feet of the saints, holy people. Letting go and taking hold happen together. Think of a trapeze artist. To catch the next bar, you have to let go of the one you are holding.
