They taste the sublime essence of the Lord, and their minds are drenched with it.

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Those who make the One's praises their work, their duty, their honor and their worship have their craving and their anger burned away, as in a fire.

They taste the sweetness of the One, and their minds are soaked through with it.

Nanak prays: there is no other at all.

Let praise become your way of living, and the sweetness soaks all the way through.
The deeper layer

When praising the One becomes your whole way of living, craving and anger burn away.

Har jas karam Dharam pat poojaa: the One's praise becomes one's action, duty, honor and worship. Kaam kroDh agnee meh bhooNjaa: kaam, craving, and kroDh, anger, are roasted in the fire. Har ras chaakhi-aa ta-o man bheejaa: tasting the One's sweetness, the mind is drenched. Paranvat naanak avar na doojaa: Nanak prays, there is no other.
