In plain words

I would give my all for the one who ties up their own greedy, unkind gaze and keeps it in check.

Whoever does not know the difference between wrong and right wanders around lost, getting nowhere.

Learning to hold your own gaze steady is worth more than it looks.
The deeper layer

Learning to keep your eyes steady is worth a great deal.

Disat bikaaree banDhan baaNDhai: the one who ties up their greedy, harmful gaze. Ha-o tis kai bal jaa-ee: I bow deeply to that person. Bal jaa-ee is an old way of showing deep admiration.

Paap punn kee saar na jaanai: someone who does not know the difference between wrong (paap) and good (punn). Bhoolaa firai ajaa-ee: they wander around lost, getting nowhere. So learning what helps and what harms comes first. It is like finding north before a hike. Then every step can go somewhere.

A Question to Sit With

What is something you can train yourself not to look at or reach for?
