Chanting the Lord's Name, I am always at peace; all my illness and fraud is dispelled. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

My Guru is perfect, my Guru is perfect.

Chanting the Naam of the One, I am always at ease,

and all my sickness and all my lies are gone.

A heart in tune with what is true is a heart at ease.
The deeper layer

Gur pooraa mayraa gur pooraa: said twice, for joy and for love. With the Naam, illness and lies go together, as if they were always the same thing: a heart out of tune with what is true.

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line at the centre of the shabad. Rog kooraa means illness and fraud, the sickness and the pretending that fall away together.

A Question to Sit With

What is something that always puts you at ease?
