In His Sanctuary, eternal peace is obtained. ||1||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Worship and adore the One alone, the True One.

In that shelter, peace lasts forever.

Peace that lasts comes from rooting your heart in what lasts.
The deeper layer

Ayk aaraadhahu saachaa so-ay — worship the One, the saachaa (real, true, enduring) One. In a world of things that come and go, the invitation is to root your heart in the one thing that stays.

A Question to Sit With

What is one thing in your life that has stayed steady no matter what?
