Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Whoever has the strength of the One on their side

has every wish fulfilled, and no pain can take hold of them.

With the One's strength under you, nothing that comes can knock you over.
The deeper layer

Raam ko bal is the strength of the One as your backing: the One's power, more than your own. Sagal manorath pooran means every aim is fulfilled, and dookh na biaapai means pain cannot cling. Hard days still come; they cannot take root when your footing is in the One.

This is the rahau, the pause-line that holds the shabad.

A Question to Sit With

When something feels too big to handle alone, what would change if you remembered you are not carrying it by yourself?
