In plain words

You are the One I love, the One whose beauty draws my whole heart.

You are in the tiniest worm and the great elephant, in stones and in every living thing — and You care for them all, holding each one.

The One is in everything, and cherishes every single thing.
The deeper layer

The One is inside everything, and cares for everything.

Laal mohan gopaal are loving names: "dear one, heart-winner, keeper of the world." This is the "pause" line, the rahaa-o, the center of the shabad.

Keet hasat paakhaan means worm, elephant, and stone. They are the smallest, the biggest, and the lifeless. The verse says the One is partipaal, the one who feeds and cherishes, in all of them. Think of a gardener who waters the tiny seedling and the tall tree alike. The One does not just fill everything. The One looks after each thing.

A Question to Sit With

What is the smallest living thing you have ever stopped to notice?
