In plain words

O my mind, remember the Supreme One. The One is in everything. The One is true, true.

Say it always, brothers and sisters: the One, the One, the One — present in all things, everywhere at once.

The One is woven through everything, everywhere at once.
The deeper layer

The One is true, always true, and is found in everything.

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad.

Siree raam is a name for the Supreme One. "Sat sat raam" says the One is true, true, real forever. Rav rahi-aa sarabgay means spread through everything, present everywhere at once.

Then comes "raam raam raam," the Name said again and again. That repeating is like a heartbeat. It is the steady rhythm of remembering.

Think of the salt in the sea. You cannot see it, but every drop tastes of it. If the One is in everything, then every place you stand is holy ground.

A Question to Sit With

If the One is in everything, what does that make everything around you?
