In plain words

Those whose hearts are full of the treasure of love rest quietly, easily, inside the One.

Colored through by the Word, they glow like cloth dyed a deep, warm crimson — steeped in a peace that does not rattle.

Let love color you all the way through.
The deeper layer

Love can color a person all the way through.

Prem padaarath means love as a treasure, kept in the heart. People who hold that treasure rest easily in the One, without strain.

Rang chaloolay is the deep red of the safflower, a plant once used to dye cloth. When cloth soaks long enough, no corner stays pale. Think of a white T-shirt left overnight in a bucket of bright dye. By morning, every thread has changed. The verse says the Shabad, the Guru's Word, colors people like that.

Sahj subhaa-ee is the calm, natural balance of a settled heart. It is a peace that does not get rattled.

A Question to Sit With

What has colored the way you see everything, the way a dye soaks a cloth?
