In plain words

The One has woven its breath through all of creation, and tucked fire secretly inside the wood, waiting.

It set the water and the land side by side, each keeping to itself, held in a careful balance.

The wonder of the world is in how carefully it is held together.
The deeper layer

Breath, wood, water and land: each ordinary thing shows the Creator's hand.

Pavan paro-i-o sagal akaaraa means breath is strung through every shape, like one thread running through all the beads of a necklace. One life runs through everything.

Paavak kaasat sangay means fire is hidden inside wood. You can't see it, but strike a match and there it is.

Then water and land are set side by side, aykat, together, yet neither mixes into the other. The world is full of opposites held in balance by one hand. You can see the Creator in the plain way things are made.

A Question to Sit With

What everyday thing in nature seems almost impossibly well-designed to you?
