Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Maadha-o, why not make a bet with me?

From the Master comes the servant, and from the servant, the Master. This is the game I play with You.

Love with the One is a game you play together, never apart.
The deeper layer

A playful bet with Maadha-o, a name for the One, sets up a game (khayl): from the One comes the loving one, and in love the One comes near again, a to-and-fro in which they are never apart. Intimacy, not distance, is the key.

A Question to Sit With

What is a game or back-and-forth you share with someone you completely trust?
