Says Kabir, listen, O Saints: this mind is like the bird, flying above the forest. ||2||1||9||

Here is the whole treasure of goodness in one move: be willing to be the humblest of all, the dust beneath everyone's feet.
Kabir says: listen, saints — this restless mind is like a bird, forever flying off over the treetops. Gently, keep calling it home.
The whole of goodness fits inside being humble as the dust.
All goodness gathers into a single move: be willing to be the dust of all, the humblest of everyone, below even the lowest rank. This is the Bhagats' caste-leveling turned inward as radical humility. The closing image is gentle: the restless mind as a bird forever flying off over the treetops, to be patiently called home.
A Question to Sit With
What would it look like to treat everyone, without exception, as above you?
