Through the Guru's Teachings, she easily finds and meets Him. She is imbued with her Beloved.
ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਮਿਲੈ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਰਾਵੇ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਾਤੀ ॥੨॥
naanak naam milai vadi-aa-ee parabh raavay rang raatee. ||2||
O Nanak, through the Naam, the Name of the Lord, she obtains glorious greatness. She ravishes and enjoys her God; she is imbued with His Love. ||2||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
In plain words
When the young heart finds its Beloved, it is gently glad all day and night. Through the Teacher's guidance the mind fills with joy, and not a speck of grime clings to it.
Not a speck clings, for it is colored through with the One, who joins it to Himself.
Day and night it delights in its Beloved, letting the small self dissolve from within. Through the Teacher it finds and easily meets the One, colored in its Beloved. Through the Name comes real greatness; colored in that love, the heart delights in the One.
A heart colored through with love stays clear, with not a speck of grime clinging to it.
The deeper layer
This one says a heart soaked in love stays clean. Nothing sticks to it.
Tit tan mail na raatee means not a raatee, not the tiniest speck, of mail, dirt, clings to it. Being colored through with the One keeps it clear. Think of a nonstick pan. The egg slides right off.
Vichahu aap gavaa-ay means the aap, the small, separate "me," melts away from within. This is haumai, ego, easing, so the heart has room to be filled with the One.
Sahjay maatee means gently glad, happy in natural ease. The picture is of a mind so full of love that nothing can make it dirty.
A Question to Sit With
What keeps your mind feeling clear and clean, so worries do not stick to it?
