In plain words

Once my tongue has tasted the sweetness of the One, it stays satisfied — no more grabbing at every little flavor.

The one who follows the Guru drinks it in and settles into a deep, easy peace.

One truly satisfying taste ends a hundred restless cravings.
The deeper layer

Once you taste the sweetness of the One, you stop hunting for more.

Jihvaa har ras rahee aghaa-ay — my tongue stays satisfied with har ras, the sweet taste of the One. Aghaa-ay means fully satisfied, the way you feel after a really good meal. You are not still opening the fridge looking for something else.

That fullness is the point. The har ras fills a person so completely that the restless tasting stops. Gurmukh peevai sahj samaa-ay — the gurmukh, the one who follows the Guru, drinks it in. Then comes sahj, a natural, easy peace, and they settle into it.

A Question to Sit With

What is something that leaves you content instead of wanting more?
