From the Guru, I have come to know the mystery of this speech.
ਨਾਨਕੁ ਬੋਲੈ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਬਾਣੀ ॥੪॥੬॥੧੨॥

I came to understand this hidden, beautiful secret through the teacher.
And now what comes out of me is simply the song of the One, again and again.
When something true really lands in you, it wants to come back out as song.
guhaj kathaa ih gur tay jaanee — the mystery is opened by the Guru, not figured out alone. naanak bolai har har banee — once understood, it overflows as speech and song. Understanding and expression become one movement.
