This verse says there is only One to know, and that One lives in every heart.
Ayk binaa doojaa nahee jaanai: besides the One, there is no doojaa, no second one, to know.
Ghat ghat antar paarbarahm pachhaanai: recognize the Paarbarahm, the Supreme One, inside ghat ghat, each and every heart. That means your heart, and also the heart of the kid you don't get along with.
Think of the same electricity lighting every lamp in a city. The lamps look different, but one power runs through them all. There is oneness behind everything we see.
