The Lord's Name is my social status, my honor and wealth.

sookh sahj aanand bisraam. ||1|| rahaa-o.
He is my pleasure, poise, bliss and peace. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The Name of the One is my real status, my real honor, my real treasure — not the things people usually count.

In it I find my ease, my steadiness, my joy, and my rest.

The truest wealth is the kind no one can take from you.
The deeper layer

jat mayree pat mayree Dhan har naam — the Name as jat (rank), pat (honor), dhan (wealth). sookh sahj aanand bisraam — peace, sahaj, bliss, and bisraam (rest). Redefining wealth entirely. This is the Pause line.

A Question to Sit With

What is something valuable you have that could never be bought or stolen?
