The Beloved lives in the highest place, the crown of all the worlds — and when I glimpse His greatness, I am simply amazed, while a soundless music rings inside me.
So I turn the Word over in my heart and let it shape how I act, carrying the Name like a banner I am proud of. Without that Name, nothing counterfeit can find a resting place; only the real jewel of the Name is accepted.
With it, my honor is whole and my understanding clear — a full passport, and no more restless coming and going. The one who faces the Teacher comes to know their own true self, and grows to be like the One who never fades.
raam naam neesaano — the Name as neesaan, an insignia or banner. The pauri leans on a marketplace image: khotay, counterfeit coins, find no place; only naam ratan parvaano, the genuine jewel, passes. pooraa parvaanaa is a full passport or seal — with it, naa aavai naa jaasee, no more restless wandering. The last line is the heart of it: gurmukh aap pachhaanai, the one facing the Teacher recognizes their own self and so becomes avinaasee, like the imperishable One.
What is one true thing about yourself that no one can counterfeit or take away?
