In plain words

The One is my mother and my father, holding me close and caring for me.

Every living thing rests in those same hands, and whatever is meant to be gently comes to be.

The source of everything holds you the way a loving mother and father would.
The deeper layer

The Rahau: maat pitaa har raaiaa — the One as both mother and father, sovereign and tender. doree haath tumaare — the reins in Your hands; a picture of held trust.

A Question to Sit With

What does being loved by both a mother and a father give a child?
