O dear ones, turn your heart toward the One, again and again.
Turn to the One, and you find that everything is met, and all your tasks come together.
Loving devotion to the One comes to the one who is truly blessed.
Nanak holds the Name in mind, and finds the gift of every joy and peace.
This is the Rahao, the "pause" line and the center of the shabad: turn to the One, and you find everything.
Santahu har har har aaraaDhahu — dear saints, keep turning to the One. Har aaraaDh sabho kichh paa-ee-ai — do this, and everything is found. Your tasks come together.
Paraym bhagat means loving devotion, a heart that simply loves the One. The verse says it comes to the vadbhaagee, the truly blessed. So it is received with open hands, not earned like a prize. Think of a birthday present. You don't earn it. You just open it.
Guru Arjan, signing as Nanak, ends by saying that whoever holds the Name in mind finds every kind of peace.
When you focus fully on one good thing, what else falls into place?
