ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਰਿਦੈ ਉਰਿ ਧਾਰੇ ॥
har naam ridai ur Dhaaray.
I have enshrined the Lord's Name within my heart.
ਤਿਨਿ ਸਭੇ ਥੋਕ ਸਵਾਰੇ ॥
tin sabhay thok savaaray.
He has resolved all my affairs.
ਗੁਰਿ ਪੂਰੈ ਤੁਸਿ ਦੀਆ ॥
gur poorai tus dee-aa.
The Perfect Guru was pleased, and blessed me,
ਫਿਰਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੂਖੁ ਨ ਥੀਆ ॥੨॥੨੧॥੮੫॥
fir naanak dookh na thee-aa. ||2||21||85||
and now, Nanak shall never again suffer pain. ||2||21||85||

Everything that felt stuck begins to settle, and the ache eases into peace.
Keep the Name close, and your tangles begin to undo themselves.
