ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥
ik-oNkaar satgur parsaad.

ਰੇ ਮਨ ਰਾਮ ਸਿਉ ਕਰਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ॥
ray man raam si-o kar pareet.
O mind, love the Lord.
ਸ੍ਰਵਨ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਗੁਨੁ ਸੁਨਉ ਅਰੁ ਗਾਉ ਰਸਨਾ ਗੀਤਿ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
sarvan gobind gun sun-o ar gaa-o rasnaa geet. ||1|| rahaa-o.
With your ears, hear the Glorious Praises of the Lord of the Universe, and with your tongue, sing His song. ||1||Pause||

O my mind, let yourself love the One with all your heart.
With your ears, listen for wonder; with your voice, sing it out loud.
Love the One with your ears and your voice.
