In plain words

The One sorts out every tangle for those who love It, gentle and kind as an endless ocean of care.

Wherever I go I am welcomed warmly and lack for nothing, wrapped in honor, my life shining with the One's goodness.

Held by the One, you're welcomed everywhere and lack nothing that matters.
The deeper layer

The One sorts out every tangle for those who love it, and they are welcomed everywhere.

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. Santan kay kaaraj sagal savaaray — the One sets right all the work of good people. Deen da-i-aal means kind to the humble. Kirpaa nidh means a treasure of kindness.

Then Guru Arjan tells what that feels like. Aa-o baith aadar sabh thaa-ee — "come, sit down," with respect, everywhere I go. Oon na katahooN baataa — I lack nothing.

Think of walking into a friend's house and hearing, "Come in! Sit down! Are you hungry?" You feel wanted. That is the dignity of being welcomed. The One gives this gift to those who love the One, and its glory shines out through them.

A Question to Sit With

What makes someone feel truly welcome?
