In plain words

Grace came, and through the kindness of the good, the Name turned sweet in me.

Kindness was poured over me, and I saw the casteless, spotless One shining everywhere.

Grace lets you see the One who belongs to no caste shining in absolutely everyone.
The deeper layer

This one ends the shabad with what grace brings: the Name grows sweet, and the One is seen in everyone.

Har naamaa hai meethaa — the Name has become sweet. It came parsaad santan kai, through the kindness of good and holy people. Then comes the big vision: sabh akul niranjan deethaa. The One is akul, belonging to no caste or family rank. The One is niranjan, spotless. And Guru Arjan sees that One everywhere.

If the One belongs to no caste and lives in all, then everyone belongs equally. Think of sunlight. It shines on every house on the street the same way.

The shabad began with "one Father." It ends with that same One shining in every face.

A Question to Sit With

What changes when you look for the same light in every person you meet?
