Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
Only the heart the One has blessed really understands this.
So I lean into His shelter, and every worry and anxious counting falls silent.
Some things are understood by the heart before the head can explain them.
Ih barahm bichaar so jaanai -- this understanding of the divine comes as a gift, not by cleverness. Sabh chintaa ganat mitaa-ee -- all worry and the endless mental counting is wiped away.
A Question to Sit With
What is something you understand in your heart even when you cannot fully put it in words?
