With the Teaching in My Heart, No Obstacle Stands

I enshrine the lotus feet of the Guru within my heart.

Not even the tiniest obstacle blocks my way; all my affairs are resolved. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

I hold the lotus feet of the teaching in my heart.

Not even the tiniest obstacle blocks my way, and all my tasks come right.

A steady heart is not stopped by the small bumps in the road.
The deeper layer

The Rahau: bighan na laagai til kaa -- not even a sesame seed's worth of obstruction. It is not that the road has no bumps, but that a settled heart is not stopped by them.

A Question to Sit With

What is a small obstacle you could walk right past instead of letting it stop you?
