Those who practice the Word of the Guru's Shabad are not reincarnated again; the Lord God is their Best Friend.

The hands shake, the feet and body totter, the vision goes dark, and the body turns to dust.

O Nanak, people are miserable throughout the four ages, if the Name of the Lord does not abide in the mind. ||4||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
In plain words
The fourth watch — and now the sky begins to lighten. Dawn is almost here.
For the ones who stayed awake and aware, the whole night was gentle and peaceful. They kept the Name close, and the One became their very best Friend.
Bodies grow older; hands slow, eyes dim — that is the natural turning of every life. What stays bright through all of it is the One held in the heart. A life without that feels restless in every age; a life with it is at home.
For the awake heart, even the last watch of night is gentle, and dawn is sure.
The deeper layer
The fourth watch, and dawn. For those who stayed aware, the night was peaceful. Aging is named plainly — but framed as the natural turning of a life, with the One held in the heart as what stays bright.
A Question to Sit With
What is something that stays with you even as everything around you changes?
