In plain words

Gather the treasure of the beautiful Name

by gently letting yourself be guided by what's wise.

Letting yourself be gently guided by what's wise isn't losing — it's how you gather real treasure.
The deeper layer

The rahao: "O my soul, obtain the treasure of the Naam by submitting to the Will of your Guru." Submitting here isn't defeat — it's the humility to be guided, to let go of always having to be in charge. That openness is how the treasure is gathered.

A Question to Sit With

When has letting someone wise guide you turned out to be a good thing?
