The Lord's Name is so difficult to obtain in this age; under Guru's Instruction, drink in the subtle essence of the Lord. ||1||Pause||

The good is precious and not always easy to hold onto — so let wisdom help you taste its sweetness.
Sometimes goodness is so wonderful the only thing to say is 'Waaho!' — wow!
The rahao bursts with the exclamation Waaho! Waaho! — "Wonderful! Hail!" — a cry of pure delighted praise (the same joyful astonishment as vismaad). It's the sound of a heart so glad it just exclaims. And it's honest that the good "is difficult to obtain in this age" — precious, not automatic — so we lean on wisdom to "drink in the subtle essence."
